  • We will give you everything you need to set your brand up for LIFE. This package does not miss. Starting with your primary logo, we will also create a killer secondary logo, submark and additional brand marks so your brand is fluid across all touchpoint - big and small. We will also design a pattern of these logos that you can use to elevate your socials or brand collateral. Speaking of, we will create 2 custom collateral pieces of your choice, along with a Style Guide PDF detailing everything about the brand’s identity so your implementation is seamless.

WE HAVE PROBABLY ANSWERED IT!

  • We are so so pleased to hear you’re interested in working with Built From Fire! First, we would love to learn more about your and your blooming brand. If you could please head over to our enquiry page (linked here) and fill out the form, we will be contact shortly. This is the start of your design journey!

  • Unfortunately not! Built From Fire prides itself on original designs crafted from the heart. Replicating something that was made using templates is not an effective way to distinguish yourself within the industry. Brand strategy is an essential step that we require our clients to complete and design choices will be derived from this. We also cannot just create a logo — we are a full service branding agency.

  • This is an important question and we are totally transparent about our prices! You can download the studio guide here to find out our

  • Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. The first payment is made before the project is begun and the final payment is made before the final files are sent over.

    On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal for International clients.

  • Unfortunately no — all deposits are non-refundable. This deposit holds your spot in our booking system as we may book out in advance. This also covers the time, effort and resources put into your project before the deliverables are handed over.

  • On completion of your branding project, we will supply all the necessary files, along with an explanation of when you should use each file type. For branding, we provide JPG, PNG and EPS files in all your brand colours. For print collateral and packaging design, we provide the designs in a print-ready PDF file.

  • We have an undying love for emails over here at Built From Fire, but we also use Loom videos to explain concepts when still visuals are not enough. If you’d prefer to jump on a call at any step throughout the design process, we are happy to! However, we strictly do not communicate by phone.

  • Absolutely! I love hearing the stories from brand creators all over the globe. We just have to take into consideration our time difference and be mindful that responses need to be very prompt to be productive. Also, payments will have to be made via PayPal.

  • Working files (an .ai file) are owned by Built From Fire Design Studio and remain in their custody, unless otherwise quoted. The client can purchase working files for 50% of the originally quoted item. Font files are not provided and will have to be purchased by the client from the original source if wanting to use. This is actually pointed out in your project contract which you will receive during the on-boarding process.

  • As our clients are from all over the world, we specialise in designing your assets. Unfortunately, no — we do not coordinate printing. However, if you have a print vendor in mind and they request special dimensions or formats, we are happy to work cohesively with them.
